We work with housing providers to help ensure that the accommodation is a homes for life or is properly adapted so that people with complex needs are fully supported to live as independently as possible.
Our model is person-centred and based on the recovery model of care so that each person is provided with the support they need to live to their full potential. They are able to access a wide range of educational and leisure activities and are fully involved in the shaping of the care they receive. We aim to provide opportunities for individuals to grow, learn and develop to fulfil their own aspirations and dreams and achieve the best outcomes possible.
